POT PAINTING
As
the name suggests, it is a hobby in which a person decorates clay pots and
vases in various ways. It is a very interesting and creative. One does not even
need to learn it from any one nor are there any hard and fast rules to be
followed.
Materials
Required:
- Ceramic powder
- Earthen pot
- Fevicol
- Fevicryl metallic colors
- Brush
Method:
- Take some ceramic powder and mix it with fevicol in a bowl till you get a mixture with loose consistency (like a cake batter)
- Apply it around the pot as shown below:
- Allow it to dry.
- Finally paint it with fevicryl metallic colors of your choice.
Your pots are ready. J
This is an easy way of decorating an earthen pot. I had
taken 3 pots of different size in 1 set and 3 pots of same size in other set J
TIPS:You can decorate them with beautiful lace, bells, colorful tiklis :)
